Schools

Schools in and around First Addition are at the top of their class, with some of the lowest student-to-teacher ratios and highest test scores in the state. The Lake Oswego School District is comprised of nine small neighborhood elementary schools, two junior high schools and two high schools. In 2009, all 13 LOSD schools were rated Exceptional for the third year in a row. This is the highest achievable rating by the Oregon Department of Education.
